In live betting, odds can change rapidly. There may be a slight delay in bet confirmation, and if the odds change during that time, the bet will either be accepted at the updated odds or voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

99ab supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are governed by the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Fraudulent transactions involving other members.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please wait for all pending bets to be settled before closing your account.

• Registering with false or incorrect information.
